Sous Chef - Immediate Hiring
We are looking for a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our Le Burger Team. The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Chef de Cuisine with daily kitchen operations. They help in the preparation of menu items, produce high-quality dishes that meet the CDC’s standards and customer expectations, control ordering of smallwares, disposables and equipment, and being the leader in the absence of the CDC.

Requirements:
2+ years previous kitchen supervisor experience
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Passionate about working in a team environment
Experience with staffing, scheduling and training
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work on your feet in high-paced environment for up to 10 hours
